Dongyang Highway leads directly from Dongjiang Section of 107 National Highway to Rongjiadong Forest Farm, avoiding the traffic, logistics and traffic congestion zones of Yidong Town, Bali Town and Baisha Dam, more convenient and faster. The highway terminal is connected with the east gate of Mangshan Scenic Area, and it is the main entrance of the Rongjiadong Forest Farm to the aerial sightseeing cable car of Tiantai Mountain. The opening of Dongyang Highway not only opens up a big passageway for Yiliu Town and Baili Town, but also opens a new breakthrough for the establishment and further development of 5A in Mangshan Scenic Area. At the same time, it promotes the tourism industry along the line and the development of poverty alleviation, promotes the development of global tourism, promotes the revitalization of the countryside, and accelerates the construction of "Five Yizhang".
